Aftersales Concierge – Santa Ponsa

Princess Motor Yacht Sales is looking for an Aftersales Concierge to be the main point of contact for our aftercare customers on the island of Mallorca. This role is a pivotal one.  You will act as a central point between sales, aftersales and customers, maintaining contact with clients whilst project managing the maintenance and repair of their yacht.  You will also be involved in handling logistics, liaising with marinas, other yacht brokers, subcontractors and yacht handovers.

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisation skills, a strong service orientation and a can-do attitude, working well either individually or as part of a team.  They will also be able to prioritise effectively, managing several projects confidently at the same time, whilst handling administrative tasks such as invoicing, raising quotes and orders.

We are looking for someone with existing customer service experience through sales or aftersales, a flexible attitude and a good team spirit.  Whilst marine experience is not essential, previous experience in the sector would be advantageous.
