As yacht specialists, we understand the impact of having good Captain and crew onboard your large yacht. We’ll put you in touch with quality recruitment services who will guide you every step of the way. They will custom match a full yacht crew to your needs, and take care of the employment administration, including contracts, confidentiality agreements, payroll and reference checks. YACHT CHARTER REVENUE
You can offset the cost of large yacht ownership by offering your boat for charter. The Princess Motor Yachts Division can take charge of your charter, ensuring it is marketed to the right audience and generates regular, passive income. We will broker perfectly tailored itineraries for each charter guest that comes our way, and provide 24-hour support, both before and during each charter.
Your yacht will gain the regular use it requires, to keep its systems and crew in prime operational condition, while helping mitigate your annual costs. And when the time comes that you wish to cruise for yourself, we ensure that your vessel returns to you ready for the water and in top condition.

As Head of our Motor Yachts Division, Joe has a wealth of nautical experience at his disposal. After delivering charter yachts in his teens and skippering transatlantic sailing boats in his 20s, he worked as a professional yacht racer, before captaining sailing yachts from 70 to 80 feet. He then became a large motorboat skipper, before moving into luxury yacht sales. Today he can boast more than 15 years sales experience handling the sales of small, medium and large yachts from some of the world’s best known and most prestigious marques. He has no doubts about the value of that knowledge to Princess customers: “I came to Princess because the boats are outstanding. But it’s not just about the product. It’s about the experience. And there isn’t any element of my history with boats that doesn’t assist me in helping customers with that. From the age of six, Stefan’s childhood was all about the sea. Having spent his formative years motorboating in Denmark and windsurfing and sailing in the Baltic, he has since amassed 20 years of professional boat sales experience for famous Italian yacht brands like Riva, Pershing and Ferretti. As the German fulcrum for the Princess Motor Yachts Division, Stefan is now a vital point of contact for big boat buyers and owners: “I have a very keen affinity for the needs of large Princess Yacht owners. That comes from listening intently to the client and having an innate awareness of what it means to be at sea with family and friends.
